Okay - it's official: I'm obsessed with this retreat! For the past hour, I have been staring at the spreadsheet of who's coming and who's potentially coming and I've just been dreaming of the combinations of writers. Also, when a writer responds to say they can't come, I feel so sorry for them!
Also, what do you think of this? I know when I'm supposed to write with someone I've never met, I like to spend a little time getting to know them. So...I'm thinking about drawing names on Thursday night for the first session on Friday. That way, if you've been selected to write with a certain person, you can introduce yourself, possibly sit with them at a meal...just get to know them instead of walking into a session cold. Thoughts?

I think it sounds like a great idea- It'll probably make the writing time more productive because we'll already have had the getting-to-know-you conversations.
I'm all for it! Then we can also be thinking about ideas and things before the actual session.
You just keep coming up with great ideas! I was just thinking this morning what a blessing it is to be included in this amazing group. I am SO excited!!!
